How come so many homeless people are lying on the sidewalks of the streets, but none of them inside the shopping malls?

With an old blanket, and shoes that are about to fall apart,I entered the Ramat Aviv shopping mall in Tel Aviv city, lay on the floor, and closed my eyes.

How come so many homeless people are lying on the sidewalks of the streets, but none of them inside the shopping malls?

I ask myself how can I create a distraction? How can I interrupt with the clean, shiny environment of the shopping mall and stop the buyer for even a second of thinking, before she is making an impulsive purchase?

So I went to the shopping mall, with a pack of stickers in my hands saying things like: "you don’t need me to be happy", "How many like me you already have in your closet?" or "You are beautiful even without me", and attached these stickers to the price tags. This way, when the buyer is looking for the price of the item, she will see the message I have left there for her.
